SALES POLICY

Visual Led’s professional warranty covers any manufacturing defect of the parts or components of the screen during the period stipulated in the warranty law.

VALIDITY OF OFFERS

The budgets sent by email are valid for 10 days.

The instant offers shown by our online calculator have an indicative value but do not constitute a binding offer. If you want a valid offer, request a quote by clicking on the “Receive detailed quote” button and fill in the form.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

LED screens are a custom made product, therefore it is necessary to make part of the payment in advance. To start the manufacturing of a screen it will be necessary to pay 50% of the amount when accepting the budget. If you need more information about the manufacturing process and its deadlines

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the pro-forma invoice, the price of the screen does not include transportation to the client’s premises. The customer may arrange the collection of the screen at Visual Led, hire Visual Led’s delivery service or hire a third party transportation if necessary.

DELIVERY TIME

Before formalizing the purchase of a screen, our sales team will inform you of the estimated delivery time for it.

SCREEN ASSEMBLY

Visual Led does not install or assemble screens. The customer can do the installation himself based on our manuals or hire the service of third parties (100% of our customers have mounted them, so it is not necessary to be an expert in mounting LED screens).

Our screens have been designed so that the assistance of any component can be carried out by any company or individual with basic computer or electrical knowledge. For products under warranty Visual Led supplies and sends the required parts but does not travel to carry out the replacement on site.

RETURNS

Refunds are NOT accepted if the provided product is functional, the screen has been delivered according to the specifications agreed with the client.

This is why it is important for customers to clearly and comprehensively indicate their requirements, so that we can advise them as best as possible.

In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Tarragona (Spain).
